We had a fun little trip to Jackson last weekend.

They fed the geese at this park.
John fed the dog part of his sandwich.
Brazton has a death grip on Josh. He went under the first day and then he didn't like it anymore.
Grandpa's boat. We did a little fishing Friday. It was so fun!

John, Amelia and me. We had so much fun playing with her.
The colors were quite pretty in Death Valley.
Idt looks like a lake with water, but there is no water there.
Lowest elevation in North America.
Inn in the middle of Death Valley. Rooms start at $200 something.
No vegetation for miles around here. Felt like I was on a
different planet.
Las Vegas Temple. I loved it. It was so pretty.
Braxton just can't make it through a movie in the afternoon.

Finally an update!

John bought himself a new truck and so far is really enjoying it. The kids say it's definately a step up from our little Tacoma.

We had quite a snowstorm as you can tell. This happened the night before Valentines Day and we were snowed in the next day. Natalie and Emily ended up missing their first few classes because we had to wait for the snowplow to come get us out. The problem was the snow plow kept getting stuck.

I finally got my little quilt done and
decided to use it as a wall hanging.

David, this is for you. It looks
better at night with the lights on it.

It is finally winter and we are enjoying
the snow and cold. We will enjoy it until
Christmas is over and then we wish spring
would come.

Braxton had fun blowing his candles
out. Jeni made the cake and it was
really good.

He had a fun day and got lots of presents.
Now he is excited for Christmas to come.

He really is 3 and there are 3 candles
on his cake. It will take a while for him
to hold up the right number of fingers without
thinking about it. He really wants to be five!

We went to Salt Lake on Saturday
and had a fun day with Nat and Em.

It was cold and snowy and just a perfect
day to shop for Christmas presents.

Our trip to Salt Lake.

Emily slept the whole way there.

Tyler and Braxton

I told Ty and Braxton to give me a good smile. This is it!
This is Grandpa Great. Tyler and Braxton love to go visit him for about five minutes and then Braxton is out of grandpa's room and visiting everyone else.
